Service Description

I can support the NDIS participant by applying for government payments like the Disability Support Pension or Age Pension and end of life forms like an Advanced Care Directive. I provide social work reports and assessments for NDIS plan reviews and support letters for NDIS participants. I can also coordinate activities of interest and advocate for NDIS participants to help them to achieve their goals and enjoy independence as much as possible.
